How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion through the following method:

Contact Support

Send a deletion request to our support team and we will process it within 7 business days:

Please include your registered email address in your request so we can verify your identity before processing the deletion.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a confirmed deletion request, we will permanently remove:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Personal information and contact details
  • Subscription and payment records
  • Course progress and learning history
  • Any preferences and notification settings

Data We May Retain

In certain circumstances, we are legally required to retain some data even after account deletion:

  • Transaction records: Retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial and tax regulations
  • Fraud prevention data: Retained where necessary to protect against fraudulent activity
  • Legal obligations: Any data required by applicable law or court order

Processing Time

Once your deletion request is verified and confirmed, your account and personal data will be permanently removed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
